I'm 14 (so a baby compared to most people on here), in Year 10, not taking many GCSE's until the end of the year. But still using schoolwork as an excuse not to write. If anyone thinks they are a procrastinator, feel better when you compare yourself to me...

I love to read, sometimes draw, listen to a lot of music and game. I haven't been writing a lot recently, but most of my stories are for The Inheritance Cycle (an obcession which is currently dying out slowly...), Doctor Who and Valkyrie Profile. I have written some things for others, including The Black Magician Trilogy which is a very under-read series which needs more love.

I love anime and manga, but they generally don't inspire me to write fanfiction. I am an avid lover of fantasy. I read a lot more than I write, and am currently being coerced into becoming the lead singer of a band. I am also trying to finish all the many one-shots I've started so I can finish the bigger fics and start something new...Hopefully. And trying to finish my first original fic.

Hello everyone! I'm Laura (a.k.a. Lorze the Brookes (FF.net), eyeeyeYzrol (Youtube and DA), Yslor, Yzrol Bree... the list goes on) and I'm 18.

I'm in upper 6th form (Year 13, in other words), doing my last year of A level in Maths, Psychology, and Performing Arts, wishing that I'd chosen to do one of the English subjects because my friends have a lot of fun in them. I live in Northallerton (North East England to those who don't know where I mean), but the place is just a load of boring shops and churches, so I go to Newcastle, Middlesbrough and York a lot.

As for my fanfiction, I've done a few fanfics for various different things, RuneScape, Dynasty Warriors, Casualty, Harry Potter etc., but my main story at the minute is my Dynasty Warrior story which is incredibly freaking long and STILL GROWING.

Over the years I've been in many fandoms. I started in Final Fantasy VIII, then Beyblade, Kingdom Hearts, Yami no Matsuei, Kyou Kara Maou, Prince of Tennis and now I'm currently in the Final Fantasy VII fandom.

I'm Jeremy and am an ancient 23 given how young everyone else seems to be...but I'm still in part childlike at heart:D I live NW of London (but spend a lot of time in London studying at the min). I got into anime/manga about 4 years ago, around the time I got into writing sci-fi/fantasy towards the end of a gap year. Since then I've moved into writing fanfics as well (mainly yuri and so far mostly Negima, the only non yuri was an older Dark Hinata story). There's more stuff about me on my ff profile page and I'll hopefully talk/meet/catch up with many of you in times to come, so for now I'll simply finish off with 3 random pieces of trivia:

• I completely identify with Haruhi (from Haruhi Suziyama) in wanting there to meet aliens/vespers etc. etc. Anything to make this superficial material world more interesting/fun...I often wish I'd been born at a time when there was more to explore.

• I procrastinate (as we all seem too here) a lot as well as indulging in visual dreaming (turning everyday objects like lamposts into creatures, making pavements swamps, picturing wall turning into hedges and trees rising through floors or just internal daydreaming) or combinations of (like creating a visual map island of myself).

• I have two stuffies that I still treasure: A bear called Edward who's 22 and a half yrs old and a plushie black Mokona (xxxHolic) who's twinned with my sisters white Mokona. I heart Mokona's!!!

When I DO write fanfiction, I am very selective about sharing it, so I've only posted 6 of my fics. Most of which are for Glee (I made a mistake choosing to do some valentine's specials, as that completely put me off my multi-chaptered fic and stuck me in a lengthy writer's block).

I'm lucy, aka TokyoMajin on here, fanfiction, livejournal hell even myspace if anyone is that interested in who I am. I'm from Newcastle in the UK but am now in Lancashire at Uni (looking at the other ages on here is making me feel OLD so I wont say lol)
I write fanfictions, mainly for Bleach and Naruto but I am currently working on writing some stuff for some other fandoms like Death Note, Kingdom Hearts. (though I am terrible for writing during term time so tend to mainly write in the holidays)

I do write my own stuff but I don't tend to post that up anywhere online... and I also dabble in journalism and script writing so its not just fanficition! I think that fanficition and fanart is underrated to be honest. Writing and drawing are difficult enough without trying to write a story using other peoples characters and ideas and keep them true to the original creation and thats why I think this forum is such a good idea!

Most of the stuff on my FF.net page, I started when I was, like, 13 and there's a lack of updating from me, which is because I have less time now what with GCSEs and stuff. I write for.. Whatever I feel like writing but I often get mental blocks and don't write for long periods of time. :( None of my work is, erm, completely structured in advance, I just write up whatever comes to me.
I'm also in the process of re-writing previous chapters of fics, which I started way back when.

I also do a lot of fanart, primarily pencil drawings, made up of bands etc but there's a few other ones, like one I did of Edward Elric and whatnot.

If not then the University of Essex. I hope to be a publisher and eventually a published author, but I've got a long way to go yet though.

At the moment I am writing fanfics for Merlin (well one so far). I used to write for Pirates of the Caribbean and started a HP one, but I decided to start all over in a different fandom. I'm sort of obsessed with Hetalia at the moment, and I've written a few fanfictions for it. I mostly write Prussia/Austria and pairing-less humour fics, though at the moment I'm writing a FrUK spinoff to another Prusstria fic I wrote :) I used to write crappy Beyblade and Yu-Gi-Oh fanfictions when I was like eleven, but we don't talk about those XD I'd also really like to write stuff for other fandoms, like South Park, Heroes, Yami no Matsuei...and my friend recently asked me to write a Harry Potter one, so I guess I'll be doing that sometime :)

I LOVE story-writing SO much and, like a lot of you, I plan to write my own original stuff someday (someday SOON. I go by the online name Krentenbol, and as most of the other Dutch people would've guessed by now, I'm from the Netherlands. From a tiny, little village in the north, to be exact.
I'm 20 years old, and I feel like an old duck :).
I like things like drawing, writing, reading and sewing.
I obsess over a lot of books, series and films, but my main fandom is One Piece :D. So all my stories (all three of 'em) are about that manga. And I still have about twenty other OP fanfics on my computer, eagerly waiting to be finished.
Because, like a lot of the people in this thread, I am a huge procrastinator. Sigh.

Like I said, I'm Dutch, but I generally prefer English because, well, IMO Dutch doesn't sound nearly as awesome as Englsih does. Okay, not all English, but most.

Dutch films also have that lack of powerful vocabulary. Also, English just has the advantage of being able to reach about 60% of the world population and 90% of the internet population, in contrast to just 1.5 countries (half of Belgium doesn't know Dutch).

I'm Kat(or Luna, as some prefer to call me) and I am, of course, known as LunarMistress on fanfiction. I started writing fanfiction when I was 14--I'm 17 now--and it is mainly the reason why I decided to improve on my writing, though I enjoy doing more original work then fanon.

I've worked on all anime/manga related fanfiction, being Sailor Moon/DBZ at the start which I blush to admit cause they weren't very good, but at the moment I'm doing a lot of work in the FF7 section(mostly yaoi). I do wanna go back and work some Sailor Moon or Naruto things, however. I do them in anything I can because I like to extend my writing ability.

ScifiSOS, here. I have no idea how long I've been on FF.net but I do know when I first started out I was horrible - and that is a understatement. Then I left FF.net for a year and a half (or more) and came back. My writing was still horrible but I worked on it. It is waaaay better now but I'm still grammar queen. I work better with my emotions and music. I'm guessing my stories are good because of the raw emotion I feel when I write it. I love writing MalexMale pairings and I'm not so comfident to put up my femxfem or het stories because I've gotten to use to malexmale. I write under Harry Potter, have one HPxTwilight fanfic - even though I do not like Twilight. I have a lot of stories that are unfinished (cuse I suck like that) and usually like writing PWP one-shots just for the hell of it. I have a lame sense of humor but hey - some like it so we'll be lame bunnies together.

Hey-o, Yumi here. Full name being YumiDoesTheMacarena, but that's another story, nevermind, anyway. (Major brownie points if you get that reference, btw.) I write and read primarily One Piece works. As indicated by the giant pirate flag on my wall, it's my favorite series.

I have studied Japanese and I'm hoping it will become my second language, the first being what I like to call Middle America White-Bread English. As such, I can actually legitimately use Japanese. I have zero tolerance for anything that hits my radar as bullying or abuse. I collect rubber ducks and Green Lantern rings, and go to the local(-ish) convention every year.

Currently I have several ongoing projects; the longest is in its fifth year and still has yet to see the light of day. See, I'm one of the people who plays things close to the chest, and for the most part if something isn't done, no one gets to see it. that goes for pictures too, because I draw, but pretty much only my original characters, and none of it is online. Two of those the aforementioned projects are original works that will be at least three novels long, each.

Just so ya'll are forewarned: oftentimes I will more or less drop off the face of the planet, meaning that I don't get online. At all. So if I ever just don't respond, I'm probably not ignoring you, but rather paying attention to something else.

Hi everyone, I'm Miss Megz. The creator of the site found me through ff.net and quite easily convinced me to join up. I'm actually not much of a fan-artist though. I can write but I can't draw to save my life.
Despite this fact, every now and then, I feel the need to pick up a pencil and draw. Rarely does anything of mine turn out the way I see it in my head but I do try. At the moment I am TRYING (emphasis on trying) to draw a scene from a Megamind fanfiction I thought was funny. I have been at it for months and so far only barely have a sketch of Megamind I can tolerate people seeing. I haven't started on Minion yet. My drawing skills are severely limited - my art teacher used to get so stressed when I still had to study it at school! - but I admire fan-art artists, and often get my writing inspiration from pictures, whether little doodles by my friend, or big art gallery pieces on display.
I adore fantasy and historical novels for the most part, my favourites respectively being The Lord of the Rings and Alexander the Great.
I'm an utter book geek and film nerd, with a desire to be an actress professionally, and a writer unprofessionally, once I finally complete my education. I've been reading since I learnt to read, and writing since I learnt how to write words on a page, and harbour an intense dislike for video games etc, which I find mind-numbingly boring.
