What's the longest fanfic you've ever read? A friend of mine wrote a Runescape fanfic that is over 80 chapters long. Here's the link: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5557067/1/The_Adventure_Through_RuneScape
the longest fic I've read is probably http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5350103/1/Harry_Potter_and_the_Right_of_Justice
>>2 That's pretty long for a Harry Potter fic.
Pff. I'm assuming this means that none of you have ever heard of "Sacrifices Arc" by Lightning on the Wave, then. This Harry Potter fic so big (with about 3 MILLION words total) that it all had to be split up into seven HUGE parts (along with one oneshot). And trust me when I say that each part gets considerably thicker compared to its predecessor: I only JUST recently got to part 4 after getting through 51 decent-sized chapters of part 3. O_O'
Here's a link to Lightning's FFN page: http://www.fanfiction.net/u/895946/Lightning_on_the_Wave
Well, this may not be the longest I've ever read, but it is the longest I ever finished reading (Other long ones I just gave up on): http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2739147/1/The_Ultimate_Cruise
Longest fic I've ever read was a Star Trek 2009 fic called 'The Vulcan's Wife', it's about Spock's parents and how they ended up getting married. 55 chapters.

Most of the long ones I've given up on. I guess the one major series that I've read almost all of it, or at least all of what was written when I read it was Red Witches "Misfit Series". I have no clue how many words it consists of, or how many one-shots.
The longest I've ever read was SilverShine's House of Crows, its KakaSaku centered, and it's very good!
Well I was about the post to the link, but the fic has been deleted T_T It was around a 134/138 chapters or so. The words per chapter varied, though most of the time it was around 4500.
never knew I had that much patience
