I personally wish there were more for Peep Show.
I suppose I would like more for the Uragiri wa Boku no Namae o Shitteiru fandom. It's relatively small and there is a new story about once every one or two weeks.

Oscar-Rosari fics from Rose of the Versailles, and in the RP fics of my fav theatrical troupe, I need some fics of 2 particular actresses please!! (I won't name them though since it is Real People fics)
Would be nice to have some for the works of Junji Ito. Just to see what the hell they'd end up looking like.
The comment about Junji Ito reminded me of this one: Ichi the Killer. I've never seen a fic about it... for good reason, I think.

Misfits. Man, I really wish I could find some good, non-shippy Simon fic, it's so frustrating. I can normally find something I like even in small fandoms, but apparently Misfits is just too tiny.
Golden Sun. I've only written two fics for it myself, but I still wish there were more...
Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Especially really good slash fics. Same goes for Assassin's Creed, but more of it having to do with getting more amazing writers, because I think I've already gone through all of the really good stories.
Good Omens for sure. It's hard to find fic for a fandom based on a single book published more than twenty years ago. :(

I kinda wish there was more fanfiction for Rogue Galaxy. That game flew so far under the radar, I think it's about halfway to the center of the earth by now.
Oh and Prototype and... maybe Nier.
Actually, no clue. A lot of stuff I enjoy is mainstream but I don't read much of it because there's... too much... cuz it's, cuz it's... uh mainstream and it'd take forever to find something that truly appeals to me.

I would like to see more fics on Voltron and ThunderCats. For people who do not know the shows. They are shows that came out in the mid 80s. Voltron is an anime and ThunderCats is a regular cartoon.
"The Crow: Stairway to Heaven" - TV Show based off the comic/movie.
"Samurai High School" - The jdrama, not the manga of the same name.
"Shina Dark" - manga with a lot of potential for fanfiction lulz or "what if?" scenarios.
"New Mutants" - comic series from Marvel that needs more love.
"Pushing Daisies" - an amazing TV series cut down before its prime. The ending is home to several lose ends that need tying.
"Jem and the Holograms" - Stormer was my favorite character. I think a fanfic with a more realistic take on the hair-metal/synth-rock scene of the 1980's would be...outRAGEous! ^^

I thought of another one: Wizard101. It's a preteens MMORPG that has MAYBE one or two decent writers for it, and that's it: Everything else (fanfiction- and fan art-wise) basically sucks. I don't like feeling as though I'm the only one that likes creating a unique plot based on the game. D:

Frankie/Alison from Daybreakers. I mean, okay, the movie isn't the best of all movies, but it's not THAT bad. And those two characters look good with each other.
Bone. It's a great graphic novel, and yet there's only one fic for it.
Granted, had I been inclined to write Bone fic myself, that story might have cured me of the urge...

I was surprised that xxxholic doesn't have more fanfictions and more diverse pairings.
Not a fandom but movies. Indian movies. Hindi, Tamil and Telugu movies. There isn't much fandom on the net about these movies and I just love the drama, dances.
The fandom for the website, That Guy With The Glasses, could use some more (talented) people to be added to their ranks, especially for the fandom that's on LiveJournal.
