Well I'm sure alot of you have heard of Anime Expo. I've never been to one, but I'm hoping to in October this year ^^ I'd really like to see who's going to Expo, and as what. I'm going as Chobits Atashi bunny, if you've seen it, it's the pink bunny thingy :D Anyone else going?

T^T There's one in May next year at the same place, so see if you can go to that one. It may seem like long, but trust me, half a year can go past reaaal quickly. I was brooding over the fact that I couldn't go to the May one, and while my friends were having fun at MCM, I was really depressed, I was thinking ''it's ages til the next one...boohoo!'' and now BOOM next one is coming up :D

I went last year, and wanted to go again this year and cosplay, but sadly I have a weekend job now so I'm working!

Not that I'm complaining too much, but I'd like to see more indie comics tables instead of so much merchandise. I didn't feel inspired to buy very much at all last year.

^^ God, I hope my cold goes away by saturday, I don't wanna be walking around coughing and sneezing over fellow cosplayers ¬¬ I wont be huggled for that. My friend ( The Namine ) said that she got a place in the Masquerade, but then they said she was on the waiting list, then she was in, then there were no more places, then she was in again, then it said she was on the waiting list! She was like ''For fuggin sake, make up your miiind!''. XD
Well, change of plans. Suddenly my dad who was going to drive us had to go to hospital today and have surgery because of internal blood loss after his stomach op. There's no other way for us to get there, and it's been a battle we've tried best to fight, we argued to get taken, then we had to round up people to fill up the seats, then they had to pay money, everyone got costumes and now suddenly it's all for nothing. I'm so pissed off that I don't even care anymore. No atashi bunny for expo :/

lol this post is rather fun to read now (or maybe its just me, ha). Who's going next year? Personally I don't know if I will because its a bit much (still recovering from all the walking) but it'd be nice if we could arrange an actual meeting for May, if anyone is going. Perhaps this deserves a new thread..?
Well we sorted out at the last minute for my mums boyfriend to take us, so we went after all, and I was really happy. The ride there was 2 hours, but it felt like half an hour ^^ But the line, oh god the line!! The line to get into expo and get a ticket was scary! It looked big when u walk in, then u line for ages in one zig zagging line, then we had to join another big line, I was like ''ffs...'' but it was really awesome ^^

I went on October. We went in Death Note cosplay, I was L :D If anyone saw Light getting picked up by L bridal style, that was us.
We're going in May again this year. Look out for almost all of the Legend of Zelda cosplay! I'll be the Wolf Link in the huge costume, but you might see either Zelda, Link or midna first. We're still working on it, but it'll hopefully be finished by then :3

Wish I could have gone to the last one, but I really only got into Manga etc. a few months back. Am planning on going to this one, but with GCSEs coming up I'm not sure if I'd be allowed. Ah well, fingers crossed!
